SAM GALLOWAY MAZDA complaint by STEVESUX
SAM GALLOWAY MAZDA(FORD, LINCON, MERC) SERVICE DEPARTMENT IS SOOOOOO BAD. DON'T BOTHER SETTING UP AN APPOINTMENT. THEY SAY CALL TO MAKE YOUR APPOINTMENT, YEAH RIGHT, WHEN I GET THERE THEY TELL ME MY APPOINTMENT WAS TO SEE THE ADVISOR(WHO WAS RUDE) NOT TO GET MY CAR IN THE SHOP. MY CAR WAS THERE FOR 2 WEEKS & THEY WOULD NOT GIVE ME A LOANER OR RENTAL CAR. "I" HAD TO KEEP CALLING THEM FOR UPDATES ON MY OWN CAR. NO COMMUNICATION @ ALL!! FINALLY AFTER 2 WEEKS & A $800 RENTAL CAR BILL I GOT MY CAR. I GOT IN IT & DROVE 2 BLOCKS & THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT CAME BACK ON & THE CAR STALLED AGAIN. "WHAT" OMG. SO I WALK BACK TO SEE STEVE (RUDE) KRIEGER THE SERVICE MANAGER. HE WAS SO RUDE TO ME & REFUSED TO GET MY CAR RIGHT BACK IN THE SHOP. NEEDLESS TO SAY I TOOK MY CAR TO ANOTHER SMALLER SHOP. WELL IT WAS A VACCUM HOSE LOOSE & 1 HOUR AN $90.00 LATER I'M BACK ON THE ROAD. SGF TOOK 2 WEEKS FOR THAT & DIDN'T EVEN FIX IT. WOW. MAYBE IF THEY TOOK CARE OF ME & MY NEEDS & IF THEY WERE TO FIRE THAT SERVICE MANAGER STEVE I WOULD GO BACK. IF YOU READ THIS MESSAGE TELL EVERYONE YOU KNOW ABOUT HOW TERRIBLE SAM GALLOWAY MAZDA IS FOR ME PLEASE.

MAZDA SERVICE STINKS. I ALWAYS HAVE TO CALL TO GET AN UPDATE ON MY CAR. WHY? NOT ONE TIME HAS ROBERT EVER CALLED ME TO EXPLAIN THE STATUS ON MY CAR. WHY? I HAVE LEFT SERVERAL MESSAGES FOR HIM WITH NO RETURN. WHEN I DO GET A HOLD OF HIM HE NEVER SEEMS TO KNOW WHAT IS GOING ON WITH MY CAR. HE SAYS HE WILL LOOK INTO IT & CALL ME RIGHT BACK. BUT THAT NEVER HAPPENS. I GIVE UP. TAKING IT SOMEWHERE ELSE WHERE THE SERVICE IS BETTER. ALL I WANT IS A PHONE CALL ***. OH WELL BYE BYE SAM GALLOWAY MAZDA JUST KEEP DIGGING YOURSELF DEEPER. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND SGM @ ALL

SO I HATED SCANLON MAZDA & WAS HAPPY TO SEE SG BOUGHT THEM OUT. UNTIL I TOOK MY RX-8 TO SAM GALLOWAY MAZDA SERVICE DEPARTMENT. MY RX-8 WOULD NOT START SO I HAD IT TOWED TO SGM. AFTER WAITING 9 DAYS BEFORE IT GOT INTO THE SHOP THEY TELL ME IT NEEDS A NEW ENGINE. "WHAT" SO I HAD IT TOWED TO A SMALL SHOP IN CAPE CORAL, WHILE IT WAS BEING LOADED UP ONE OF SGM TECHS ASK IF I WANTED TO SELL IT FOR $2000 I SAID NO. THE NEW SHOP PROCEEDS TO TELL ME THAT A PIECE OF CARBON CAME LOOSE & ONE OF THE ROTORS WAS STUCK. HE POURED IN TRANSMISSION FLUID WHERE YOU PUT OIL & WALHA THE CAR STARTED UP. IT SMOKED ALOT BUT IS GOOD NOW. SO I REALLY NEVER NEEDED A NEW MOTOR & THAT TECH NEW IT THAT IS WHY HE WANTED TO BUY IT, TO DO THE SAME THING THIS GUY DID THEN SELL IT. NOW THIS IS VERY VERY VERY DISTURBING. I WISH SCANLON NEVER SOLD OUT NOW. BEWARE OF ANYTHING SAM GALLOWAY MAZDA (FORD) SERVICE DEPARTMENT TELLS YOU & GET A SECOND OPINION ELSE WHERE!!!!

I HEARD THEY DON'T HAVE ANY CERTIFIED MAZDA TECHNICIANS. ALL THE ONE'S THEY HIRED FROM SCANLON MAZDA QUIT. THIS CONCERNS ME, WHO IS WORKING ON MY MAZDA WHEN I BRING IT IN???? THINK WE'LL MAKE A TRIP TO PORT CHAROLETTE FOR SERVICE FROM NOW ON!!!
